1. About Ready Berry

Ready Berry helps people discover local farms, farm stands, U-pick, seasonal produce, and community produce pop-ups. Ready Berry is operated by Zapusk Lab LLC [operator legal details to be confirmed]. By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms.

2. User-generated content

Ready Berry includes information and content submitted by users and community members — including farm listings, suggestions, photos, reviews, and Community Pop-Ups. You are responsible for the content you submit, and you must have the right to share it. You grant us a license to host and display your content within the service so it can function as intended.

3. Farm information may change

Information about farms, stands, hours, and produce is provided by farms and the community and can change at any time. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, hours, or produce of any farm, stand, or listing. Always confirm details locally before relying on them or making a trip.

4. Community Pop-Ups

Community Pop-Ups are temporary listings provided by sellers and community members. A Community Pop-Up is not a verified farm or farm stand. Ready Berry does not inspect, verify, or guarantee Community Pop-Up listings, the people behind them, or any produce offered. Community Pop-Ups are limited to whole, uncut fruits, vegetables, herbs, and flowers, as described in our Community Guidelines. Use good judgment and follow our Safety guidance.

5. Farm owners are responsible for their listings

Farm owners and their team members are responsible for the accuracy of their own farm listings, hours, produce, and updates. Owner tools are rolling out in pilot, and some features may require the latest app version or pilot access.

6. Prohibited content and conduct

• No unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful content.
• No prohibited items in Community Pop-Ups (see Community Guidelines).
• No spam, harassment, hate, or abusive behavior.
• No impersonation, scraping, or interfering with the service.
• No infringement of others' intellectual property or privacy rights.

7. Reporting and removal

You can report content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We may review, remove, or restrict content and accounts that violate our policies or that we determine, in our discretion, are harmful or inappropriate.

8. Account rules

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and comply with these Terms and applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via our Delete account page.

9. Payments

Payments are not currently enabled unless explicitly offered. If Farm Pro payments or other paid features are enabled later, additional payment terms may apply and will be presented to you before any purchase.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ready Berry and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. 11. Changes to these Terms
