Delete your account & data

You can request deletion of your Ready Berry account and personal data at any time — including from the web, without installing the app.

Request deletion without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request." To help us verify your request, please include:

  • The email address associated with your Ready Berry account.
  • The phone number on your account, if you used one to sign up or verify.
  • A clear statement confirming that you want your account and personal data deleted.

What gets deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we delete or de-identify the personal information associated with your account, which may include:

  • Your account profile, email, and phone number.
  • Your saved favorites, follows, and preferences.
  • Push notification tokens for your devices.
  • Photos and user content you submitted that are tied to your account, where applicable.

What may be retained

Some information may be retained where we have a legitimate need, such as:

  • Records required to meet legal, tax, or regulatory obligations.
  • Information needed for security, fraud prevention, or audit purposes.
  • Aggregated or de-identified data that no longer identifies you.
  • Content that is necessary for the integrity of the service for others (for example, certain community contributions may be removed from your account but retained in de-identified form). [Final retention details to be confirmed.]

How long it takes
